Trust & Quality

From factory to your wrist — the checks every Vault Iced piece goes through before it ships.

1. Factory Direct · Dongguan Origin

Vault Iced is the online store of Weiteaisi Trading Company (Vault Iced). Our jewelry is produced with the moissanite workshop we have partnered with for years in Dongguan, China — no middlemen, no mystery supply chain. That is why the same iced-out look costs a fraction of what it does elsewhere.

2. Materials Standard

• 925 sterling silver base, with the S925 hallmark stamped on every piece
• VVS-grade lab-grown moissanite — honest stone disclosure: always described as moissanite, never as diamond
• GRA certificate (Gemological Research Association) included with each piece
• Pre-shipment QC on every item: stone-setting security, plating, weight and hallmark — four checks, one piece at a time

3. Proof Before It Ships

Every custom and made-to-order piece is photographed before dispatch and the photo is confirmed with you before shipping. Standard items are individually inspected and quality-checked on the day they leave the workshop.

4. Our Service Commitments

• 30-day returns on standard (non-custom) items
• 12-month workmanship warranty on every piece
• 1–3 business days dispatch on in-stock items
• Tracked and insured shipping worldwide
