Yes. Every silver piece is 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure) and stamped 925. Gold and rose-gold colorways use plated tones over the same silver base.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to modify or cancel it. Once a parcel is dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days via DHL or FedEx with tracking. Typical transit: US 3–7 business days, Canada 4–8, UK/EU 4–9, other destinations 7–15. Customs can add time. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

We ship worldwide. Import duties, VAT and customs fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed at checkout.

Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. Custom/personalized pieces are non-returnable unless defective. Full details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Every piece is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty (e.g. broken clasp or stones lost due to a manufacturing defect). Normal wear, misuse and loss are not covered. See Warranty & Care.

Chains come in 16–24 in; bracelets in 6–9 in. Measure your neck or wrist and add about 0.5–1 in for comfort. Our Size Guide has charts and a measuring method — or send us your measurement and we'll recommend a size before you order.
