1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vault Iced website and your purchase of products from us. Vault Iced sells hip-hop style jewelry made from 925 sterling silver set with lab-grown moissanite.

2. Products and product descriptions

  • All products are jewelry, not investment items.
  • Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone. We describe stones as moissanite, never as diamond. Our 925 sterling silver pieces are stamped 925.
  • Weights, widths and stone counts may vary slightly (±5%) between batches. Product photos are for reference; actual pieces may differ slightly in tone and detail.
  • "From" prices on product cards refer to the lowest-priced size in that product's range. The price you pay is confirmed at checkout or in the quotation.

3. Orders, payment and confirmation

  • You may place an order through our website or through a direct inquiry (WhatsApp / email).
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. For wholesale orders, bank transfer (T/T) and Wise are available.
  • An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability, and will refund any amount paid.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Typical couriers: DHL / FedEx / USPS (destination dependent).
  • Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and Shipping Policy. Delays caused by customs or couriers are outside our control.
  • Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Intellectual property

  • All content on this site (text, images, logos, brand "Vault Iced") is our property or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Iced is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Disclaimer

  • Jewelry should not be worn during heavy physical activity, swimming or contact sports. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, normal wear over time, or loss.
